Just found you’re card having lost it post Brighton Marathon.
Just wanted to say a huge thanks for taping me up the day before and
incredibly, I ran without any knee pain whatsoever. 3hrs 31mins so
many many thanks for enabling me to not only finish but knock 10 mins
off last years time.
Really impressed with the rock tape and I’ve been preaching to my
running buddies the benefits of rock tape.

San Diego Sockers

Dear Dr. Corey and RockTape:

Over the past few years (playing MSL and now with the San Diego Sockers) I have been battling through tarsal tunnel syndrome.

I’ve seen a number of doctors and trainers who all highly recommended surgery. I needed something that could help me stay on the field for the time being.

Dr. Corey Lichtman introduced RockTape to me and began taping me. It helped me significantly by bracing my ankle and eventually helping to cure the problem!

I now use RockTape on all issues that arise during the season, from my calf, to my knee. Not only do I get the support I need but feel the tape help with my endurance and decrease my fatigue factor.

While I remember thought I’d feed back about that patient with knee lateral release I tried the taping on- last week I taped her knee, then massaged it with various techniques including releasing her adductors, by the end she had much more knee flexion than we’d gained before. So today she came back, no reaction from tape, improved knee flexion while tape on and exercising through the week. But tightened a bit when took off over w/e and did some cycling. Still better than last week. Today I tried massaging as last week for 15mins but no tape(to see if it was just my amazing skills!)- didn’t get such good result with knee flexion! So then taped her again, and repeated, within a few mins her knee freed up! Can’t quite work out why worked so well but I like it and my patient loves it!
